Working in the events industry has allowed me to witness people from many different cultures coming together to celebrate. Whether through music, dance, festivals, or carnivals, I've always been fascinated by the moments when people let go of their worries and simply embrace life. Rio was inspired by that spirit of celebration. The famous Rio Carnival represents more than spectacular costumes and dancing—it is a powerful expression of freedom, community, and the joy of being alive. Through this painting, I wanted to capture that infectious energy and remind us that celebration is a universal language. No matter where we come from, moments of shared happiness connect us, and for a brief time, we become part of something larger than ourselves.
