Yes Sir 2 explores themes of authority, surrender and power through a fragmented, expressive figure. Soft blue and muted earth tones create a restrained atmosphere, while the strong dark outlines and contrasting forms suggest tension between control and vulnerability. The deliberately unfinished, almost dreamlike quality gives the work an intimate psychological character rather than presenting the subject literally.
Yes Sir 2 was my first work exploring kink and the psychology of power dynamics. I was interested in what happens when two people consciously negotiate roles of authority and surrender—and how something that can appear simple from the outside can carry layers of trust, vulnerability and choice. Rather than depicting the act itself, I wanted to capture the feeling behind the dynamic: the tension between control and letting go. This piece became the beginning of a different direction in my work—using the human figure to explore not only sensuality, but power, trust and psychological intimacy.
